This site is operated by Avanta Group LLC, trading as Avanta Labs. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@avantalabs.ai and a person will answer.

Only what you choose to type. Across the site that means your name, your company, your email address, and whatever you wrote or selected — the use cases you picked in the Art of the Possible, the answers you gave the pathfinder, the roles you put in the staff-augmentation builder, or the message you wrote on the contact form.

We do not ask for anything else, and nothing is required beyond the fields a form marks as needed.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording, and it stores nothing in your browser. You are not tracked across pages, between visits, or onto other sites.

That is a property of how the site is built rather than a promise about intent: there is no such code in it.

A submitted form is delivered to our own email by a hosted form service, Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not keep it as a mailing list. From there it sits in our email like any other enquiry.

The site itself is a set of static files hosted by Render and served through a content delivery network. Those services keep ordinary server logs, which can include your IP address and browser, for security and operations. We do not read those logs to profile visitors.

Articles and white papers are written in Sanity, a content management system. That holds our words, not your data.

We read it and we reply. If a conversation goes further, the details stay in our email and in the records we keep about that work.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

An enquiry stays while there is a reason to keep it — a live conversation, a relationship, or a record we are required to hold. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless something legal obliges us to keep it, in which case we will tell you what and why.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to hello@avantalabs.ai. We do not require a particular form of words and we will not charge you for asking.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no version of this policy that silently covers something the site did not do when you read it.
